Guardhouse Security Ltd is an approved Home Office Contractor for Detention Services.
As such we take the responsibilityfor the supervision of detainees and prisoners seriously.
Our Detention and Prison Custody officers are all trained in-house to Home Office approved standards and all staff have the proven ability to act according to any situation. We offer services for companies, groups and individualsWe currently provide a wide range of outsource options to our customers in the Criminal justice Sector. Through this we are able to demonstrate expertise and up to date experience to provide our customers with good quality, highly trained and versatile workforce.
Detention
Escorting
At Guardhouse we provide a wide and varied range of Escort services.
We carry out In Country Escorting in purpose built vehicles. These vehicles enable us to safely and securely transport anyone from a high risk individual to a complete family in a discreet and secure manner.
We also escort detainees being repatriated to their native country. This is either done on scheduled or chartered flights and we provide the required level of expertise no matter what.
Some countries we repatriate to are deemed as hostile environments therefore all of our Escort Officers have completed the Home Office approved Hostile Environments training course.

Local Authority & Youth Justice Escorts
We also provide secure escort services for children and young people on behalf of local Authorities and the Youth Justice Board (YJB). Our specialist team has the skills, training and experience to accompany youngsters under the age of 18 while they are in our care – with specific attention to their protection and wellbeing.
Be it for specialist appointments, transition into care units or appearances at court, our teams have the necessary training to ensure these moves are completed with the minimum of disruption or stress. This means carefully planning and undertaking safe transport from private homes, care homes, detention centres, prisons and police stations to secure destinations, and back again - with compassion and the safety and wellbeing of all parties a priority.
